Applying your brand.

Apply colours, typeface, logo and name from BrandStudio to your site in WordPressBuilder ai — when you create it or later, kept in sync or detached.

Creating it with your brand

If your account has a brand in BrandStudio, the “With my brand” switch appears when you create an installation — for an empty WordPress and for a draft from one sentence. When it is on, we place KENJTEC One on the site during set-up and transfer colours, typeface, logo, name and your social channels from the brand; the site follows it from then on. The “impressum” page gets the brand’s company details — as long as you have not changed it yourself in WordPress.

Without a brand the switch does not appear. You can also apply the brand later, at any time and without creating the site again. How to create a brand is under BrandStudio ai.

Applying the brand

The Console has a “Brand” box. If the site does not follow its brand yet, “Apply brand” applies it: the KENJTEC One base framework is placed and switched on, colours, typeface and logo are transferred, plus the social media profiles, the brand in your shop’s emails and the site title. Because the look of the whole site changes, the button asks first: “Yes, apply — this site’s colours, typeface and logo will be replaced”. At the end it says “Done — the site now carries your brand.”

If the site already follows its brand, the button is called “Apply brand again” and brings everything up to date once more, including the newest version of KENJTEC One. If you have no brand yet, “Go to BrandStudio” takes you there. Applying uses no AI credit.

The “Brand” box in the Café Lumen Console: a click on “Apply brand” and “Yes, apply — this site’s colours, typeface and logo will be replaced”; the steps run through, “Done — the site now carries your brand.” appears, and the preview shows the brand’s logo and colours.
  1. Open the Console in the workbench and the “Brand” box in it.
  2. Click “Apply brand”.
  3. Confirm with “Yes, apply — this site’s colours, typeface and logo will be replaced”.

The brand’s colours, typeface and shape only work with KENJTEC One. If another theme is running, the box says so, and “Apply brand” switches KENJTEC One back on.

Following the brand — and detaching

When a site follows its brand, the box says “This site follows its brand”. If you change colours, typeface, logo or name in BrandStudio, the changes arrive on the site by themselves (WordPress follows). If the site differs in a colour or typeface, the box names where; “Apply brand again” brings it back. If the brand has no logo, the header only shows the name.

“Detach from brand” ends the following. The design stays as it is; changes in BrandStudio no longer arrive, and you set colours and typeface in the Console yourself again.

The brand in your shop’s emails

If a WooCommerce shop runs on your site, its emails carry your brand too, for example the order confirmation to your customers. When the brand is applied and whenever it is updated, we set the base colour from your main colour, background and text colour, your uploaded logo as the header image, your brand name as the sender name, and name and address as the footer text.

Only what the brand has is set: without an uploaded logo the header image stays as it is. The layout and wording of the emails remain WooCommerce’s. Applying the brand does not transfer its typeface to the shop’s emails.
