Content Policy
The German version of these texts is the legally binding one.
Last updated: 25.09.2026
Through KENJTEC, people publish websites, forms, shops and images under their own addresses. These rules apply to everything that is accessible or sent via our services — to content you write or upload yourself just as much as to content you generate with our AI and publish. They form part of our terms of service.
1. What is not allowed
- Illegal content of any kind.
- Child sexual abuse material and any sexualisation of minors — as well as content that promotes human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
- Fraud and phishing: pages that pose as someone else, harvest credentials or payment details, or are meant to induce people to make payments under false pretences.
- Malware: programs or code that damage, spy on or covertly take over devices — and pages that distribute such things.
- Infringement of other people's rights: copyright and trademark law, personality rights. This includes intimate images of people without their consent and publishing other people's private data, such as their address, identity document, bank account or health data.
- Hate and violence: calls for violence, threats, incitement against people because of their origin, their religion, their gender, their sexual orientation or a disability, and the glorification of terrorism.
- Spam: unsolicited messages sent in bulk — including via KENJTEC forms, notifications or mailboxes.
- Attacks: attempts to circumvent security measures, take over other people's accounts or overload our systems or those of others.
2. How to report a violation
- Via our reporting form — no account needed. Give the full address and explain why the content violates these rules or the law. You will receive a case number immediately.
- Reports of child sexual abuse material can be submitted anonymously.
- Authorities and providers, such as network or hosting operators, write directly to abuse@kenjtec.com.
3. What we then do
- We review every report and decide with a statement of reasons. We take clearly illegal content offline within 24 hours of receiving the report.
- For us, blocking does not mean deleting. We block access to the content; the content itself is neither deleted nor altered in the process. This leaves possible evidence untouched, and a block that turns out to be unfounded can be lifted without loss.
- Securing evidence: if there is a suspicion of a criminal offence, we can put the deletion of the affected account on hold — even if it is cancelled. We report indications of criminal offences that threaten the life or safety of people to the competent authorities (Art. 18 DSA).
- You find out why. If we block content in your account, we inform you of this with a statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA), to the extent that neither the law nor an authority prohibits us from informing you. You can object informally, to legal@kenjtec.com; if the block is unfounded, we lift it without delay.
- Anyone who reports learns the outcome by e-mail, provided an address was given.
- In the case of serious or repeated violations, we can close your account.
4. What we check in advance — and what we don't
We automatically check images that are uploaded to us or embedded from the image libraries — into the media library, into forms, on websites — on receipt; we do not accept clearly impermissible depictions. How this works is set out in the privacy policy.
An automated check does not detect everything, and it can fail. Everything else — texts, pages, forms, shops — we do not check in advance. Responsibility for your content therefore remains with you, including for what our AI writes on your behalf: read it before you publish it.
