Which email services can I connect?

Does my domain have to be bought from KENJTEC?
No. You add a domain you bought elsewhere to DomainStudio; the contract and invoice stay with your current provider. The mail records take effect as soon as the nameservers point to KENJTEC.
What happens to my mail when I switch services?
When you switch email services, the new records are created first and the old ones are removed afterwards. That way your domain is never left without an inbox, not even for a moment.
Does KENJTEC take care of DKIM, DMARC and delivery?
No. KENJTEC sets the records for incoming mail, sending permission and your service’s verification. You add DKIM and DMARC records yourself in the DNS tab if you need them, and your email service is responsible for delivery.
Is there email forwarding, team addresses or an AI in the mailbox?
No. Without its own mailboxes, KENJTEC has no forwarding, team addresses, out-of-office replies or an AI that reads your mail. Whatever your email service offers for this, you use there.
