Viewing large
A click on an image opens it large in a window over the library. For PDF documents and videos you open the same window with the “View large” magnifier on the tile. Above the image you see the name, dimensions, size and the position in the grid.
The arrows at the edge of the image or the arrow keys move through the grid; Escape closes the window. If the file has versions, the original and its versions sit underneath as a row of small images. A click brings a version up large, and the buttons below then apply to it.
The buttons are “Edit” (for images), “Copy address”, “Open ↗” or, for a PDF, “Download ↓”, “Move to BusinessCloud”, “Delete” or “In use” — and “All details”, which opens the tile’s details.
The actions on every tile
Under every tile there is a bar with the actions you need most: for images the “Edit” pencil, otherwise the “View large” magnifier; the “Copy address” chain; the “Move to BusinessCloud” cloud; the “Delete” bin — or the “In use” lock when the file is embedded somewhere.
The arrow at the end opens the “Details”: versions, image description, keywords, “Edit” and “Formats”, folder, album, “Open ↗” or “Download ↓”, “License record” and “Delete”. You can open several tiles at once to compare files.
Under the name, a line shows dimensions and size; if a file is not fully checked, that is noted after it. The labels on the image tell you where a file came from (“Pexels”, “Pixabay”, “BusinessCloud”, “AI generated”), whether it is a “Logo” and whether it was “edited”. Every action carries its name — screen readers read it out, and on touch devices the targets are large enough to tap.

A file’s permanent address
Every file has an address of its own under cdn.kenjtec.com. It stays as long as the file exists: renaming it, moving it to another folder or adding it to an album does not change it. So you can use it anywhere — in an email, in another tool, on another website.
“Copy address” puts it on your clipboard; the notice “Address copied.” confirms it. “Open ↗” shows an image or video in a new tab. For safety reasons, a PDF is always downloaded from its address, never opened in the browser.
The address is public: whoever knows it sees the file without signing in. It cannot be guessed; its name is made of random characters. Once you delete a file, it can no longer be reached at its address either.
- Click the “Copy address” chain on the tile.
- Paste the address wherever you need it.
Changing the name
A file’s name is a label for you; the address does not depend on it. A click on the name under the tile turns it into an input field — Enter saves, Escape cancels.
In two cases the name is fixed and shown as plain text: while the file is embedded somewhere, and for older free images whose name is the only record of their author. Point at the name with the mouse and the reason appears.
The name is not the image description. That describes what can be seen — see The image description.
- Click the name under the tile.
- Type the new name and press Enter.
PDF documents
You store PDF documents just like images — the menu, a price list, a quote. The tile shows the first page with the “PDF” label. If the document has several pages, arrows and dots appear when you point at it, tap it or move into it with the keyboard: with them you page through up to five pages, on a phone by swiping too. In the large window you use “Previous page” and “Next page”.
A PDF is always downloaded, never opened in the browser; that is why its button says “Download ↓”. It has no image description and no keywords, cannot be edited and does not appear in the tools’ image picker — an image is needed there.
If a PDF cannot be displayed, for instance because it is encrypted, the tile shows a drawn sheet; the file is still there. The displayed pages are checked, and the tile says how many: “only the cover page checked” or “first … pages checked”, or “cannot be checked” if no page can be displayed.
Confidential documents do not belong here — every PDF in MediaStudio is public through its address.
Videos
You upload videos as MP4 or WebM, up to 200 MB per file. The tile is also the player: you start the video right in the grid or in the large window. “Copy address” gives you a permanent address at which the video plays.
Folders and albums work for videos too; image description, keywords, editing and formats do not exist for them. Videos are not checked for content — the tile says “cannot be checked” —, location and device data stay inside, and two identical videos make two files.
Videos do not appear in the tools’ image picker. A video can only be moved to BusinessCloud if it is no larger than 25 MB.

If your phone stores the location in videos, it stays in the file — and the file is public through its address.
